I can’t believe how fast six months have flown by! Having four children is crazy sometimes, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. We all adore this precious baby girl. Every time I look into her eyes I am reminded of how blessed we truly are. My sweet little Faith turned six months old not too long ago, and here are a few of my favorite shots I took of her.

This wedding looked like so much fun!!! Unfortunately, I was on maternity leave so my husband had to shoot this one without me. But, I have to say while I was busy editing their pictures, I was having so much fun! This wedding had the perfect location at the Winterset Park. It was beautiful!! Thanks again Brian and Erin!

Engagement pictures are so much fun. We recently got a new camera, and Anji’s engagement session was the first session I got to use it for. It was awesome! Water Works park is so beautiful in the summer. Now,  Anji’s wedding is this weekend, can’t wait!

This August we had the privilege to work with Shelby and Justin on their wedding day! I say it was a privilege and I honestly mean that. This day was filled with so much fun and love. Not too long after the wedding, Justin deployed to Afghanistan where he is faithfully serving our country. To Justin, THANK YOU, we are so grateful to you for your service. And, to Shelby, I can only imagine how difficult it must be to have him gone for now, but we will all be praying for a safe return soon. Here are some of my favorite shots from your wedding day.

In April of this year, Ashley and Chad got married! It was perfect. Even though it was April, we had warmer weather than expected, and got some great outdoor shots.

We had the opportunity to photography Kristin and Danny’s wedding earlier this year. We had such a great time. They are such a sweet couple, and we wish you guys the best! Thanks for letting us be a part of your day!

Last summer, thats right, last summer, (I am just now getting to blogging..forgive me! I am trying to get better), we had the opportunity to photograph a wedding at a local ranch. It was a nice, extremely HOT, August summer day. The sun was shining, and the setting was perfect. Brad and Carly were so sweet together, and it was a great to see them so happy together! They also wanted to make sure they got a good photo with their dog, so I thought I would include one of him as well!

Wow! It has been an extremely long time since I have blogged. We recently had a new baby girl, and life is slowly becoming a new “normal”. Busy busy with four kiddos and loving it!

Today, I am going to blog about a wedding that took place last fall in Mitchellville, IA. It was the wedding of Rachel and Robert. I actually knew Rachel from highschool, so it was very fun for me to be there for her wedding day, especially photographing all the fun and love that went on that day. Rachel and Robert are such an awesome couple, and the love they have for each other and their kids is overwhelming. Thank you guys for letting me be there!
