All of our packages automatically include digital enhancements and
retouching. This will include black and white, sepia, vignettes, color
changing, etc.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR WEDDING DATE Payment & Terms: A non refundable deposit of
$200 is required to book your wedding package. Dates will not be held or secured without payment
of a deposit. Dates are often booked well in advance so there is no guarantee how long a certain
date will remain open. A payment of 50% of the remaining balance is due 30 days before the date of
your wedding and the remaining balance is due on or before your wedding date.

Additional Coverage & Rehearsals: If you are interested in having your rehearsal photographed
you should indicate this when you book your date so the time slot can he held open. Rehearsal
coverage is generally $275 if combined with a wedding package, plus any travel charges if
applicable.

Photo CD All images provided to a client on CD may be reproduced or printed by the client
without restriction and without credit or additional payment to the photographer. The photographer
may also use the images for promotional or advertising purposes.

Area of Service and Travel: There will be no travel charge for the Des Moines area. Anything outside
of 45 miles of Indianola, will be .50 cents a mile (that will include travel to and from the wedding
destination).

Overtime Fee.
If your package time is up, and you would like to purchase our services for longer, this is a
possibility, but not a guarantee. It is determined on a case by case basis, at $50.00 per fifteen
minutes, or $200 an hour.

Children and Family Portrait Packages

1 sheet = Your choice of 1 8×10, 2 5×7′s, 3 4×6′s, or 8 wallets

Packages are sold with whole sheets only – no substitutions.
Wallet sheet of 8 cannot be split into different poses.
5×7 and 4×6 prints can be split into different poses.
